Upgrade Vitest from 5.0.5 to 5.1.0-beta.1 to identify compatibility issues before the stable release. The dependency tools now accept exact prerelease versions for Vitest 5. Official Vitest packages use the same version.

The workspace keeps the WebDriverIO provider's @vitest/browser dependency at the selected Vitest version. vp test --help includes the new filtering options and browser port.

The npmx.dev fixture now uses commit 3472596. Its upstream Vue compiler alias replaces the optimizer workaround. Nuxt still needs browser.importMapMocks: false because it imports app modules before per-file mocks. A direct cac@7.0.0 dependency satisfies the fixture's strict peer checks.

The vite-plus-jest-dom-repro fixture uses upstream PR #1. Its npm@12.2.1 pin removes the need for an exception for coverage overrides.

The Preview provider still fails when a locator clicks with real timers. This known issue also affects Vitest 5.0.5.

`npm@11.11.1` exhausts memory during `vp migrate` when ecosystem CI applies Vitest prerelease coverage overrides. Update the package manager pin to `npm@12.2.1` so migration completes with the standard overrides. This removes the need for the fixture exception in [voidzero-dev/vite-plus#3206](voidzero-dev/vite-plus#3206). The new npm version requires Node.js `^22.22.2 || ^24.15.0 || >=26.0.0`.
