The latest successful use I could find was 12 October 2021 (according to git history)
https://github.com/wbstack/api/actions/workflows/github.prs.combine.yml actually doesn't show anything for me.
Currently “Combine PRs” uses an obsolete API call. github.pulls.create; the installed action requires github.rest.pulls.create. This would fail at PR creation.
“Only combine green PRs” accepts PRs with no checks.
So probably just better to nuke it.
