…File (TheSuperHackers#3505) Both classes are identical apart from their name and contain no platform specific code. Nothing in them depends on the BIG format either: they open a file from an offset and a size inside the archive file. ArchiveFile takes over their functions and is no longer an abstract class. (cherry picked from commit 52a777a)
…ystem into BIGFileSystem (TheSuperHackers#3505) Both classes are identical apart from their name and go through the local file system for all file access. The one class that remains sits next to ArchiveFileSystem in Core/GameEngine. (cherry picked from commit e4b4d1e)
…e loadBigFilesFromDirectory (TheSuperHackers#3505) loadMods refers to BIG files, which nothing else in ArchiveFileSystem does. It becomes a virtual function that BIGFileSystem implements. loadBigFilesFromDirectory is renamed to loadArchiveFilesFromDirectory, because the base class is not tied to one archive format. With the controller on, nothing in the game said why the input delay moved, so a log was needed to tell a lag spike from a stall from a start value. The network overlay header now shows whether the input delay is rising, lowering or steady for 10 s after a change, and why (start, lag spike, stall, clean).
In the developer view (Shift+F10) the router also sees the controller's last decision: its reason (seed, hold, baseline, cover, uncover, congestion, outage or formula), the lowest pair sum against the
2 x margin_framesit needs and which pair that is, the baseline and cover, the spike rate per minute and median spike size, and the time since the last change. Other players see the last change and "host decides", and with the controller off it says "controller off". The cushion column also turns amber when the 5th percentile cushion is within the margin.Drawing only, in
InGameUI.cpp, no wire change and no new service key.Tested: builds x86 Release
z_generals. Not run in a match at this tip.
