I made this change for clarity. We are not requesting any additional information or quotes; it's up to them to provide them. So, there is no extra step on our end. Mary asked me when the CSTC announcement would go live, but there won't be an announcement unless they provide the draft for example.

They will need to confirm whether or not they want to continue in the program and update their information if needed. |

As discussed with Mary, we aren't doing an annual review proactively. Maybe instead let's reposition this section as "from time to time the OpenChain Staff will review entries for correct info, and may reach out to Partners to confirm".
