- Requesting company information and a quote for a blog post announcement.

Let's have this in the email we send to them; no need to have here too.

I made this change for clarity. We are not requesting any additional information or quotes; it's up to them to provide them. So, there is no extra step on our end. Mary asked me when the CSTC announcement would go live, but there won't be an announcement unless they provide the draft for example.

- Once posted on the blog, it will be amplified on OpenChain social media channels.

The signed agreement will be saved in the Partners folder, and the renewal date will be recorded in the OpenChain Partners spreadsheet.

## Annual Review

On an annual basis, the OpenChain Staff will review all partners who have been part of the Partner Program longer than one year, and ensure the company information is accurate and the company still wishes to be part of the Partner Program.
From time to time, the OpenChain Staff will review entries to ensure information is correct and may reach out to Partners to confirm their details.

Any partners who are to be removed will be shared with the Governing Board for review via email. There will be a five business day period where the proposal is open for comments/feedback; if no concerns are raised, the proposal will be considered approved by consensus. If concerns are raised, the proposal may be discussed via email or at an upcoming Governing Board meeting and approved/rejected.

Once removal is confirmed, the partner will be removed from the program and the OpenChain website.
