Part of #1439.

  • ERD toolbar: a QueryaControlScope(md) around the row. The Names / Keys / All strip was dense (28 px) next to md (32 px) buttons and menus; it now follows the scope.
  • Chart toolbar: sm scope. The Bar / Line / Pie strip was 28 px next to dropdowns that defaulted to lg (36 px).
  • Results toolbar: one sm scope instead of dense / size: sm repeated on each control.
  • Test: buttons, menu buttons, dropdowns and a tab strip in one md scope are all 32 px high.

Remaining for #1439: the SQL header row, which has no hand-written sizes and may already be uniform (to be checked in a build).

The ERD toolbar was md buttons next to a dense (28 px) detail strip, and
the chart toolbar mixed a dense strip with lg dropdowns. Each toolbar now
says its size once (ERD md, chart and results sm) and its controls follow.
