Use github> preset references pinned to v1.1.0 and pin shared workflows/actions to its commit with the release tag comment. Remove the custom preset SHA updater and use Renovate’s native manager, grouping shared release updates for human review.
Validation: config validation, native extraction/policy checks, and Zizmor/actionlint on changed workflows pass. Independent review approved the complete final diff.
