Updated this round (Linked Issues check): the tracking issue is now carried in the template's Related GitHub Issue section as its own heading block - "Issue: 2070" on its own line, with the contributor-fork series tracker (issue 35) demoted to a Refs line - and the closed historical reference that the check kept resolving (the release-train test-teardown fix) is now named without its number, so no closed issue is referenced anywhere in the description. No code change; head unchanged.
Updated this round (chain refresh): merged the refreshed U1 head (which carries the new upstream
main, API-lease infra) into this branch. The wide conflict list was the multi-base artifact of the two branches merging different main snapshots; every file this unit does not own took the refreshed U1 side (which already carries the correct main merge), and the unit's own content was preserved: the transient metadata field's type import in the API index, and the non-vacuous invalid-timestamp delete test (ported onto main's current provider-spec text, which had reverted to the vacuous calls). The unit's three files are otherwise unchanged. Typecheck, the four affected suites (403 tests), ESLint max-warnings=0 and Prettier clean.
