Two planned P2 widget features are in review, and together they don't fit:
#453 already freed what it could by renaming more private members. Removing more would mean cutting features, so this raises the panel budget by 1 kB to 18 kB and the single file to 20 kB. That's room for both, plus some headroom. The loader stays at 5 kB, since that's what every page loads.
Today: loader 4.5 kB, panel 16.6 kB, single file 18.62 kB. CONTRIBUTING's widget section has the new numbers.
