Adds a how-to for the Audit Log page under User Management (columns, search, Event/Role/Source filters, date range); GA: no feature flag in the current code, admin-only.

Based on Membership audit log.

Doc review: docs: add membership audit log how-to

Both internal links on the new page resolve (/administration/managing_users/roles_in_kosli, /administration/managing_users/automated_user_provisioning). The page is listed in config/navigation.json under Platform administration › Users and access › Users and roles, which is the right tab and group for an admin how-to.

administration/managing_users/roles_in_kosli.md (not in this PR, but inconsistent with it)

Improvement: Location: administration/managing_users/roles_in_kosli.md:222
Issue: The new page sends admins to Settings › User Management (membership_audit_log.md:16), and the changelog says the same (changelog/index.mdx:1096). The "Assigning roles" procedure on the roles page still says Go to `Settings` > `Members` . A reader who moves between the two pages finds two different names for the same settings area, and at least one of them is wrong.
Recommendation: Confirm the current label in the app. If it is User Management, update step 3 on the roles page in this PR so the two pages agree. Fix this →

Suggestion: Location: administration/managing_users/roles_in_kosli.md:242-258
Issue: The "Regular access reviews" best practice is exactly the job the new page supports, but neither that section nor "See also" links to it. Readers who arrive at the roles page won't find the audit log.
Recommendation: Add a sentence such as "Use the Audit Log to see who changed membership and when." to "Regular access reviews", and add the page to "See also". Fix this →

1 Improvement, 1 Suggestion, 0 Critical. This review is advisory, and nothing here blocks the merge.

… pages (#511)

Applies the open review findings from #505, #506 and #507: the roles
page now uses the Settings > User Management label, the tags page covers
controls (beta) and reading tags with the CLI, and the service accounts
page covers listing and revoking keys.

Based on [#505](#505),
[#506](#506) and
[#507](#507).
