Route skill installation through an injected file manager and a named installation service. Send command output through an injectable writer so command execution tests can assert output, warnings, and telemetry without process-global stream capture.

Inject command output and Agent Skill filesystem dependencies so command execution can be tested without capturing process-global streams. Rename the installer as an installation service while retaining debug protocols and release concrete aliases.
