Enum generation can now optionally include a string conversion function for non-bitmask enums. It returns lowercase names for distinct enum values, skips duplicate values, and returns an empty string for values without a matching name. Generated output also includes a count based on the maximum enum value.
The code generator now records an optional to_string flag for enum definitions. For enabled, non-bitmask enums, it emits a count based on the maximum enum value and a conversion function that returns lowercase names for distinct values.

Summary
Enum metadata and generated conversion codegen/xbot_codegen/xbot_codegen.py
Enum metadata defaults to_string to false. For enabled, non-bitmask enums, generated code includes a count and a switch-based conversion function. Duplicate values are skipped, and unmatched values return an empty string.
The change adds generated count and string-conversion code for enums. The CI pre-commit check currently fails on a trailing blank line, and generation would crash on an empty enum with to_string enabled. Both are small, localized fixes with no impact on existing definitions.

Full details: Docstring Coverage
Explanation
Docstring coverage is 0.00% which is insufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff with cyclomatic complexity of at least 2. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 2 functions across 1 files.
Resolution
Write docstrings for the functions missing them to satisfy the coverage threshold.

A rabbit checks each enum name, And finds the matching value in its frame. Lowercase names appear in view, Duplicate values pass right through. No match? An empty string will do.

- Line 258: Remove the trailing blank line at the end of the Python module so
the end-of-file-fixer hook makes no further changes.
- Line 246: Handle empty enum values before the count calculation in the
`to_string` generation path so code generation does not call `max()` on an empty
collection. Reject empty enums during input validation or define an explicit
empty-enum count; preserve the existing `max(value) + 1` behavior for non-empty
enums.
