…dule presence Drop Daily from the category on SpecimenMergeTest/SpecimenReplaceTest, which are specimen-only coverage; drop the stale Specimen tag from StudyTest and TruncationTest, which don't have any actual specimen dependency. Gate specimen-dependent assertions in CohortTest, AssayTest (testAssaySecurity/viewCrossFolderData), StudyPHIExportTest, and StudyVisitManagementTest behind _studyHelper.isSpecimenModulePresent()/isSpecimenModuleActive(), preserving each class's non-specimen coverage. Skip SpecimenMergeTest.setUpSteps() and StudySimpleExportTest.verifySpecimenSettings() entirely via Assume when the module is absent, since they test specimen-only behavior. Fix StudyManualTest's missing waitForSpecimenImport() call and SearchTest's job-count mismatch in the pipeline wait, both needed now that startSpecimenImport/waitForSpecimenImport can no-op.
