Drop Daily from the category on SpecimenTest, SpecimenImportTest, SpecimenExportTest, SpecimenCustomizeTest, SpecimenMultipleImportTest, SpecimenGridExportTest, AliquotTest, CustomizeEmailTemplateTest, and FlowSpecimenTest, since these exercise the specimen module directly and shouldn't require it in TeamCity's Daily suite. Guard AbstractAssayTest.setupEnvironment(), StudyBaseTest's specimen-import lifecycle methods (including the previously-ungated setExpectSpecimenImportError), and TabTest's Specimen Data tab checks behind _studyHelper.isSpecimenModulePresent() so calling code stays safe when the module is absent. Skip FlowSpecimenTest.initializeStudyFolder() and ViabilityTest.runUITests() entirely via Assume when the module is absent, since their coverage is fundamentally about specimen-to-assay resolution.
