Summary

• make TypeScript unqualified lookups consistently resolve global variables while preserving qualified board/component scopes
• generalize the C# project model and runtime enumeration to include global, board, and component variables, including ID-based reset exclusions
• split C++ current and default values in the exported input contract so reset and resetAll restore project defaults across interpreter invocations
• reject null or missing runtime values with explicit validation errors and add regression coverage across all three implementations
• make CI deterministic with Node 22, pnpm 10.12.2, Java 17, and a Windows 2022/Visual Studio 2022 native build

• CI now pins Node 22, pnpm 10.12.2, Java 17, and Windows 2022 for reproducible builds
• No application configuration or database migration changes
